Norman is the perfect example of a one-man band. He is our claims expert, upon whom every broker can count on during a claim. He also takes care of managing the physical faculties and the interior design of each of our business offices.
Furthermore, he oversees our technology department, so important for managing and developing our company.
For me, ESSOR is a company that allows me to express many sides of my personality. I particularly appreciate the contact with the talented people who surround me.
Just as I am proactive with ESSOR in my corporate duties, I am proactive in my personal activities. I play golf every summer in Quebec and on some golf trips to Florida.
In terms of a more “road trip” type of pastime, I like going on the road with my spouse on our motorcycles and travelling in wonderful Quebec and I also share my passion by giving motorcycle lessons to future enthusiasts.
Giving 110% of myself at work and in my personal life are probably what the best description of myself. The expression ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’ was certainly invented for me.
