Ariane began her career in journalism and wound up in human resources. She has more than ten years of international experience in HR in various companies: fashion, hotels, recruitment agencies, NPOs in social justice, and now in insurance.
She approaches her role in Human Capital with the wish to create an “employee” experience with a human touch, and to provide exceptional service to all, which aligns perfectly with ESSOR’s values.
For me, ESSOR means working with passionate, competent people, who believe in the company’s mission and value. It’s a place where people can flourish and develop.
Outside the office, I love watching sports, especially live (I love the atmosphere in a stadium), music concerts, reading, and British TV series. During the holidays, I like to make my own greeting cards to share with my family and friends. I also do volunteer work with an organization that develops female leadership at the university level.
Very high on my bucket list: I would like to attend a game of Arsenal, the English Premier Football League at Emirates Stadium in London.
