In 1958, the Duval family, from the Beauce region, acquired a Thetford Mines damage insurance firm founded in 1908. After establishing the company on a firm foundation, we undertook an ambitious expansion plan by acquiring a considerable number of brokerage firms in strategic markets, particularly from the Beauce region, Quebec City, the Mauricie region and Montreal. This expansion across Quebec set the stage for a promising future.
